After subtracting the terrace, you have 2m of garden at the top. Your car completely blocks the left side due to its length.

Thanks for the drawing. Now you can see that it is really very little.

How do you get two meters?! I have no intention of putting a 4 x 7 sqm terrace there, that much is clear...

Is the building envelope restricted or only defined by a 3 m boundary distance?

I would have rather seen parking spaces on the right in the east.

You could try to build the house relatively close to the boundary of the lower street. I have a similarly small plot; the other houses on the street are, like mine, now built almost to the street with almost no setback from the boundary, so mine now only has 100cm distance to the sidewalk. I have the measurements 8.20m by 10m or, on the upper floor, 8.20m by 10.80m on the left and 10m on the right. It would have hardly been possible to go wider here.

Clarify how far you are allowed to build towards the street. I would push the house forward as much as possible. I would park in the east one behind the other or if you often need 2 vehicles, one on the left and one on the right. The remaining green strip as a garden. There really isn't much space there. are there any possibilities not to comply with the 3 meters on one side?

No matter where they are, you can basically drive the groceries directly into the kitchen. Open the window and just put them in... Write in more detail how you imagined everything. You don’t write much and try to justify everything.
