Which prefabricated house provider - prices, experiences?

Unfortunately, I am not allowed to post the floor plan, but prompted by @11ant, here is a verbal description of what has changed (mind you: the architect did not know my drawing!):

We only have an 18-degree roof pitch (this has to do with the distance regulation in Bavaria) and therefore an open roof structure (knee wall 2.30m), but still wanted to have at least a bit of additional storage space, so we installed a collar beam ceiling in the master bedroom (with a hatch in the walk-in closet).

... last week we submitted the building application. It will be exciting to see how quickly (or not quickly) we get approval. Since we are working outside of a development plan, the application has to go to a committee that meets at the end of June. If our application doesn’t make it in there, the next date is the end of September - yay. So starting early June, I will be persistently calling the city and arguing with the child benefit for building. Hopefully that will help.

Otherwise, we now have relatively high planning security regarding the costs - it seems that our estimate is actually pretty accurate:

- Kitchen 15,000
- Notary and land registry 3,000
- Soil survey 1,000
- Upgrades 12,000 (stairs, floors, tiles, sanitary, windows)
- Connection costs 2,500
- Earthworks + soakaway 18,000
- Electricity (material only, rest in EL) 10,000
- House 327,000
- Insurance 500
- Outdoor facilities (terrace and driveway - material only) 8,000

Financed was 400,000, there is still equity of about 30,000 left. We also expect to receive around 15,000 from the BAFA and to take 10,000 Bavarian home allowance.

We submitted an invoice amounting to around 41,000 for the heating technology (kfw40) - I think the 15,000 came from the bank advisor (but phew, don't hold me to that). Could that add up?
I confess that we have absolutely no idea and just entered everything blindly as we were instructed.
If it's less, that's fine too, since we don't necessarily need the money; even 5,000 would be a great bonus.
