That's enough for the Baukindergeld. For the Eigenheimzulage, the application requirements must already be met at the time of application, meaning: living in it. And the application must be submitted this year.
At least that's what the Bayernlabo website says.
Today the approval came - 15,000 euros. Yippie!...so if it is about the BAFA subsidy for heat pumps, you get 35%. However, not for the entire heating technology. In new buildings, this is mainly limited to the heating system and piping up to the underfloor heating. Possibly control technology. This is very simplified now; there is a ton of information on this. But without knowing your setup, 41k will probably not be funded. Maybe half. But if it doesn’t matter, it’s not so dramatic.
Recently, even the internal forum links here are oopsing :-( but I have provided a reference in post #1001 in the Shiny thread. If you make an www out of the WWW, remove umlauts and look very kindly, the links at least sometimes work. The day will come when it empties out here ...What still gives me a headache is the lighting plan. Does anyone of you perhaps have a tool or tips where one can read up well (and understandably) on this?
