Is the picture blurry just for me?

What made me especially happy: I was a bit dissatisfied with the stair sampling because the consultant unfortunately gave us completely different numbers (regarding the surcharge) than what was later stated in the offer. I actually preferred a saddle staircase over a mortised one, but since the numbers didn’t match at all, I had to reluctantly choose the mortised one and was really disappointed. In any case, I expressed my frustration to the construction company and now we are getting the saddle staircase after all – with no extra charge. That kind of thing is just great and gives you a good feeling. We also had a partial wall in the bathroom that looked different on the plan than it did later in the shell construction. It was adjusted completely uncomplicatedly and without discussions or even an invoice.

As soon as we have progressed a bit inside, I will take new photos. At the moment, you can only see drywall partitions and tile setters filling joints.

Something like this is really great service. Unfortunately, you read and hear that far too rarely!
What was the surcharge for saddling with you?
