Which prefabricated house provider - prices, experiences?

In fact, each of the above-mentioned providers had at least one house type with the desired dimensions in their offer... Expensive, yes. However, the advantages compared to solid construction outweigh this for us to such an extent that we at least want to try to find what we need among prefab houses.

(No, this is also not meant to be a prefab house vs. solid house thread!)

Ok, I suppose modified terraced houses - that’s fine if you like them. The question of whether it also fits the plot remains, of course.

I don’t know them. Which ones should those be?
If I had to choose between the mentioned providers and money was no object, this would be my very personal ranking, which is based solely on the contacts, show houses, and catalogs of the companies:
1. Gussek Haus
2. Baufritz
3. Weberhaus
4. Schwabenhaus

Above all, the "mein Ideenhaus" from Baufritz appealed to us, then the myline 140 from Gussek Haus and the sunshine from Weberhaus.

Advantages?
Well, first of all, machines don't have bad days. Workers do. Not to say that mistakes can't happen with prefabricated houses, but the potential decreases.
Then the planning certainty. Keyword: pre-financing interest.
The built-in moisture in solid houses.
I won’t say more about it.

Just for me as a prefabricated house dummy,

- Don't prefabricated houses have no interior plaster, base slab, screed that make up the main part of the construction moisture?

I won't go into the rest as this is not supposed to be a pro/con thread.

Are you sure you want to put a single-family house on 13x23m?
Could you please draw your mentioned desired house on graph paper where each square is 1m?

I would be interested to see what something like that looks like. Thanks
EDIT: I just saw the house dimensions. This is just my opinion, but it is very likely that after deducting garage or carport and paths, driveway, terrace, etc., the garden is practically non-existent, right? Do you also need 3m distance to the neighbor when building without a development plan?

I find the budget for the house and additional construction costs okay for now!

...and I notice from your answers that you have been reading here for a while *top*

For the given plot, I might possibly focus more on a local general contractor. With a setback area of 2x3m, you really don’t have much house left at 13m.

Hey, you already have your favorites and they are not unlike mine at all. I also don’t want to start a pro & con thread. But it seems to me there is still quite a bit of fantasy mixed in. Everything is fine as long as there is no rude awakening. But with the mentioned companies, that is rather unlikely. Therefore, we are looking forward to the property.
