That will probably not work out, unfortunately, it expires at the end of the year. Or are you moving in this year? I had actually included it as well, back then there was no deadline yet.

Oh... uh, is the underfloor heating not included yet?? Well, I'm not a pro either, geothermal energy is good but I think you also got the "all-inclusive package"

Oh, that turned out badly... The note must be very new. I last checked two weeks ago. Too bad! But it was actually to be expected that especially such funding would be among the first to fall victim to Corona...

As far as I have read, an approved building permit until 12/31/2020 is sufficient. Construction does not have to have started yet.

This is sufficient for the construction child benefit. For the home ownership allowance, the application requirements must already be met at the time of application, meaning: living in it. And the application must be submitted this year. At least, this is what is stated on the website of the Bayernlabo.
