Which prefabricated house provider - prices, experiences?

The property is screaming so loudly BASEMENT!!! my ears are ringing.

... rarely has it felt so good not to have listened to someone. :p Since Friday noon, the groundwater level here in the village is one meter higher than usual, the basements are no longer even being pumped out because it simply does no good. When I imagine now that we had our brand-new technology in the basement... Ah. Did everything right. :D

Perfection is not achieved when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away ;-)

Do you manage well with a 3 m wide driveway in everyday life? It’s quite similar in our plan, but we’re considering shifting the house by 0.5 to 1 m to make the driveway wider for more space at the entrance and when the bicycles have to pass the car to get to the back.
