Which prefabricated house provider - prices, experiences?

Well, in the ring beam area of the ceiling between the ground floor and the upper floor, I see bare pipes and no plaster base layer in this whole strip - in a stone house with a concrete ceiling, I wouldn't be surprised, then some delicate lilac insulation board stuff would probably be applied, but here we are apparently dealing with a wooden house (?)

Without knowing: Presumably something else goes there after the cellulose has been blown into the wall. But I really have no idea.

I’m including our floor plans now – since the house is built, that’s no longer a problem (at least I assume so).

It would be nice if you send pictures later showing how it looks from the inside. You and really have difficult-to-develop leftover pieces. No one has to complain about boring symmetry.

I like the floor plan! Although I had to smile at "Spielflur" - honestly, the hallway really doesn’t allow for that, or you have to live with stepping on Lego/Playmobil etc. or stumbling over it when coming out of one of the rooms and heading to the stairs.
