I really like your house and the floor plan! Very well thought out! We are also building a rather modest single-family house (142 m² - we were initially at 138m² and then slightly enlarged), but for basically the opposite reason: it’s not that the building window is small, but our plot is quite large, therefore quite expensive, so the house had to be affordable ;). I think your wall structure is a dream - solid wood would have been my very first choice as well if money were no object. For us, it’s Ytong, which is also nice. I’m already looking forward to seeing more pictures of your little house!
