Which prefabricated house provider - prices, experiences?

With a 7m house width, I would look for a prefab house manufacturer that offers narrow exterior walls. Weberhaus builds with 42cm walls as standard, as far as I know. Schwörerhaus used to have 30cm walls, no KfW 70 back then. How that looks currently and whether that restricts you more or less, you have to decide.
