In my opinion, you have made the floor plan worse while trying to improve it.

Somehow, the architect’s floor plan is larger???

I would be interested in the detail of how this continuous parapet is supposed to work on a solid house.

Leaving aside the additional costs. (You can gladly count them as a balcony. With 500 euros/m * 120m, that’s 60k)

There is no playing small here.

Slowly, the 1.2 million is no longer going to work.

Correct, that was a misunderstanding by the architect, who did not take that into account in the first draft. Therefore, you only see the roof overhangs. However, I don't know how you recognize a topographical violation there, because I would like to know how you think the property should otherwise be built on... On a slope, you just have to cut into it. If we simply place it on top, we need a 4m high ladder to the entrance door and the car would then have to stay on the street.

In what way worse? I have at least 4 square meters more living space with my design and no narrow tubular children's room that is entered through a closet. I left out the roof overhang on the outside because, on the one hand, it was not easy to represent in the program and, on the other hand, I don't want roof overhangs everywhere and on every floor. That was only the architect's interpretation. By the way, absolutely not uncommon. My parents also have that with their 60s Bauhaus house.

It is not clear to me why one does not plan here with the slope and the surroundings.

That somehow seemed that way to me too. Is the parents' house also located on a slope next to relatively small houses?

If you give me insight into what you mean by that and how it would look then. You seem to have at least an idea.
