ypg says she could probably paint a whole meter in width or length
It is uneven, the design... that's why my question to the planner.

Hi...sorry, I don't have an eye for such things, how can you tell that exactly or could it also be related to cutting out the draft? (I had copied it from a pdf file....don't worry, my draft)

Without measurements, it's hard to say. On the one hand, there is a lot of space in the [WZ], on the other hand, the space for the child with 17sqm and the bedroom could be divided more sensibly. The bedroom is very awkwardly shaped, practically a narrow corridor. I would rather integrate a PC corner for Allemann into a hallway than draw a dance hall as a placeholder.

Hmm, I'm just picturing it right now

Should the bedroom generally be swapped with kz3?

Wow! Just added 30sqm on top - that's a big deal! And if you straighten out the kitchen, it's probably 40. I would still be interested in the external dimensions.

Regarding the design:
Bigger is supposedly often easier. But when you look closely, you see that actually only space is wasted and hardly any sensible space has been created.
For 6 people, I first of all need a proper cloakroom. There should be at least 3m of closet with 60cm depth. I can't find anything suitable there.

I would give the shower on the ground floor a bit more space. If the parents really move downstairs, you still want to be able to comfortably get undressed and dressed in the small bathroom. For that, I would also place a bed and a closet in the guest room to see if they fit with this room shape.

In my opinion, the living room is on the borderline of being "uncomfortably large". Measurements would help to better assess that.

The upper floor seems amateurish to me. I don't even know what to criticize first.

The longer you deal with something, the more can be added .... but theoretically, about 180m² of living space should be sufficient for 6 people, right?

Regarding the external dimensions: I asked.... waiting for an answer.

About the draft:
- first wanted a basic framework..... still flexible there.
Although we have the architect, I think with your help it can be optimized better/faster.

Thanks!!!

Regards
