The forum does not say no. It asks about the exact circumstances of your contradictory statements. It is not bad at all if someone is not familiar with something, after all, that is what the forum is for. The persistent inquiries regarding planning law should prompt you to question and understand the building law aspect yourself before a floor plan is designed, location options are discussed, and architects are sent away. And if you are not interested in that, and had checked off the topic yourself as in #107, I would not have written anything either. But the nonsensical nonsense in #87, #110, and #113 must also be identified as such and may not remain uncommented, because otherwise a silent reader might believe that a neighbor could permit residential use in a commercial area through a land register entry, that approval could enable exemption from building lines, that there are random phone calls with building authorities, that not entirely valid development plans are lying dormant in the archives of the urban planning offices, or that there is a businessman who has to give his permission. If the development plan is available online, a reference to the source would have sufficed. In the 3-family house thread it was not so clear, and here you also brought in the obscure land register entry and the neighbor’s approval. Well, almost the same? In the 3-family house thread it was a commercial area, the plans show building boundaries and building lines, and here the OP still wanted to provide Floor Area Ratio / Gross Floor Area Ratio. I am simply surprised that someone plans so in detail but does not know the building law applicable to their property and does not want to know anything about it and then lashes out against those asking questions. That is what the "Report" function under each post is for. But you are also welcome to name the rule violation in the thread. Then others will also know what you consider unacceptable.

Yep, the development plan is online.

Site coverage index 0.8
Floor area ratio 1.2

PS: I can understand that, but tone often makes the difference. I don’t want to deny that I said something weird, so I’m sorry that this thread became totally confusing because of that. Thanks for your understanding!!!!

Have a nice weekend.

That could be a massive building. Hopefully the neighbors won't do that.

The carpenter works and lives next door... it is normally ruled out, but something can always come up.

You have rightly recognized that: some of what I say is correct. I don't know exactly about , but with it is quite obvious that he is well-versed in his field (and he, which he certainly does not mean as a slight against the basic floor plans, stays out of dressing room doors and pantry sizes).
Those must be very patient people fortunate for you, because rage as a thank you for pointing out shaky legal grounds is probably not among the rules.

I am a Kölsche Jung – with a Berlin snout. And in truth only slightly less nice than Karsten; you just have to be able to read without feeling immediately offended.
And in your particular case – at least in this thread – "possibly questionable" is understatement in its purest form, your stories about the building law conditions are truly no less than a ride on a cannonball.

"Respect towards other users," I see none from you, I said it, the content is not everything.

Whether Kölscher Jung or not, you can say that on a date, just stay out of my thread with such comments, you can start your own thread and describe your personality.

I recommend you read something about "positive and negative criticism" and there is the "sender-receiver model."

I don't want to attack anyone here, but at the moment I can't express myself differently towards you.

Do you have anything to say about my draft?!

Otherwise, have a nice day!!!
