Just had a phone call with the building authority by chance, mentioned the [GE-Fläche] again in passing...... it’s a bit complex, but I was told that the building authority would never approve something like that if it were questionable, they have already legally secured themselves beforehand. The development plan does not fully apply in this case, it was never completed. The building authority can then make changes. From a conversation with the building authority, I gathered that the area is supposed to be a completely residential area at some point.
