I think the alignment is enough. The kitchen is not that small.
Whereas a studio is not a luxury if you want to make a professional living from it?
Is that even possible?

It's a bit off topic now, but still:

You must not confuse hobby with commerce.
Your wife is pretty and has a wonderful loving way of explaining things. The sequence of the two videos I watched is causal, good, and sensibly depicted.
Does your wife have oriental roots?

The whole thing is completely expandable. But now my but: "easy Katja" is everything for me except "delicious food."
Kooking Kat or something like that... I don't know... tells me that cooking is the focus there. _One_ cooking line would also be better: only home cooking, only oriental... I unfortunately watched the one with the cream sauce first and I still cringe at the margarine. The Maq... something is already healthier and more interesting.

So, if it is meant to be expandable, then I would reconsider some things.
Your wife can handle it; she is really tough!
This is all just my personal opinion. Otherwise, good luck.

Regarding the kitchen: cooking videos have to come across as authentic. That's why I advocate cooking in your own kitchen.

Thank you....

Regarding the name: it should be *healthy, simple, quick, and affordable*.... hence the name

Regarding origin: yes, she has oriental roots

She already has income.... more like pocket money.... she just does it because she enjoys it.

One of our thoughts was maybe later to have a viewer’s kitchen built on our property.

The years when shaky footage could score points in the video blogger / influencer scene are over. In food photography – and moving images make no exception, on the contrary – it’s all about precisely cooked color calibration and temperature. And there’s no such thing as being a little bit pregnant – at some point you have to clearly decide for or against professionalism and commercialism. Among other things because the investment reaches dimensions where “hobbyism” hurts too much tax-wise.

But she doesn't take food photos; instead, she cooks simple meals for people who want it easy. Don't make it into something else again. You can be empathetic otherwise, Thies.

So she mainly cooks a lot of INSANE things... I have to be honest: after I, of course, also peeked on YouTube and looked at the channel, my enthusiasm to actually watch one of those little videos was dampened after reading the titles..
That’s too much madness for me and way too many titles in general.

Therefore my tip: catchier title, no title story in the header! And a bit less madness.

Otherwise, I currently find it very likeable, very basic, very authentic. Nobody gets scared that they can’t cook it afterwards.

If, however, it’s supposed to be expanded, one should consider who I want to address as the target group and how professional I want to appear. At the moment it is rather amateurish, which has its own charm. But if you want to make money with it (e.g. also through product placement), then a bit more is needed.
As I said, I think it has charm and is not off-putting due to super professional design. That can also be the concept!
But it sounds like you want to make it a bit bigger, then a bit more has to go into it and then I agree with the elephant.
