Among other things because the investment reaches dimensions where “hobbyism” hurts too much tax-wise.

But she doesn't take food photos; instead, she cooks simple meals for people who want it easy. Don't make it into something else again. You can be empathetic otherwise, Thies.

So she mainly cooks a lot of INSANE things... I have to be honest: after I, of course, also peeked on YouTube and looked at the channel, my enthusiasm to actually watch one of those little videos was dampened after reading the titles..
