It was for a three-family house with approx. 300 sqm living space... that is now changing.

Regarding the channel, it is to be operated professionally in the coming years, e.g. the equipment will be expanded or renewed in the new house.

But you don't have to tell me that as a trained photographer: the difference is this - and it comes into play here - in object photography, which includes food, there is no available light. You exclude that and use artificial light sources. In video, you use available light.

And that is exactly where I see the difference between the qualities "like on TV" (for more followers and home shopping).

You very well forget that the YouTubers, who – for whatever products – are often only successful because they film in private and reveal something of themselves. Humans are voyeurs. That also makes up their success. The observer stands as a friend in the kitchen. The difference lies in usage TV as opposed to commercials.

But now I’m out of the off-topic subject. I think Tumaa and his wife basically know what and how his wife is supposed to do it.

You can certainly approach this with moderation. The channel has 6000 followers, which is still deep in the hobby area. You also don't have to buy the interior furnishings from ARRI when the footage is filmed with a GoPro or a compact camera. As for tax write-offs and a separate building for the kitchen, you definitely don’t need to start thinking about that here yet; that’s still somewhere beyond the horizon.

Hello there ....

Update:
- new architect

Scale 1:100 ... should be about 180 sqm.

The door in the utility room will be removed.
Roof shape is still open.

A fourth child is not excluded, therefore the guest room on the ground floor was made a bit larger, possibly it could be converted into a kid's room later.

One idea is still to make the kitchen flush, without the canopy, and to separate it from the living room with a separate door (cooking videos will be made after all).

What do you think about the design, what else could be changed?

Thanks already!

Greetings to "ypg" !!
