Utility room, technology and backup kitchen, with a work nook instead. I bet the folders are then stored in the utility room, the printer in the backup kitchen.

Hello, really nice.

We stick to it, the guest room on the ground floor should be removed.

Regarding the new draft:

Ground floor:
- The PC corner is initially only temporary, it doesn't have to be separated downstairs, it can be flush with the living room, a small corner is enough, if necessary, I will take a room upstairs that is intended for the 4th child

- maybe the guest WC can be made smaller, since there is no guest room downstairs anymore.

- what do you mean by the backup kitchen, storage for food? Can't this be accommodated in a large kitchen? Basically, we store little anyway, even though there are 5 of us, or this room could be made smaller and have 1 door only from the hallway?

Utility room and technology, is there another spatial option?

Upper floor:
- Shower/WC can be completely removed, one bathroom is enough, if necessary someone has to go down to the guest WC.

Overall, I like/we like the plan, especially the upper floor!!!!!!!!!!

This is not supposed to be an office, but just a computer playground, as I understood it. I have no knowledge so far that the family stacks their folders there. We alone have 4 for the house. Unfortunately, I also do not know what technology would be necessary. Considering the piles of laundry, I wanted to at least get electrical and water connections out of the utility room.

- Printer, I have a wireless printer and I don’t print that often, it is very compact, not a bulky thing and can peacefully stand somewhere on a sideboard

- The folders are still manageable, there is a bit of storage space in the dining area as well.

... Katja ... ... I would rather keep 2 bathrooms upstairs and really only a guest WC without a shower downstairs.

I also told my wife, she said if the kids ever come home dirty, they wouldn’t have to walk through the whole house .....
