This is again so disjointed without integration into the site plan (which one now has to search for somewhere in the thread) and without a north arrow included. No information on the sill height of the windows. And why is that? Are all the children supposed to go downstairs to shower? In the colored floor plan, the stairs look too short (max. about 330 cm). Cloakroom? The children’s rooms with their 2m “worm extensions”… well. The kitchen is at most 3.5 m wide but with an island… measurements are simply missing. The dining table is drawn in at about 0.65x1.3 m.

Sending one into the desert and going to the other is only half the battle. Letting the other architect do it now would be the advisable next step. Why do you want to spoon-feed him? - if he's good, better let him be creative himself.

What surprises me again, because they don’t have much in common. Where are they each from (at least the first one probably wasn’t his own creation)?; the colorful design looks strongly inspired by Dennert Massivhaus Icon.

Or through the bedroom

I’m also not managing anymore... the problem is, when you as the OP (or other OPs likewise) come back from hiding after 10 days or weeks with a new post: it’s not the case that we advisors reread everything or still have everything in mind.
Although I found the floor plan, I immediately saw that unrelated garages were posted, so I already missed an explanation there.

If you ask a forum’s collective knowledge, it has to be self-explanatory so the forum can respond. After three days, a thread goes cold if no new responses building on it come in.

In that respect: I’m out here.

Would proceed as suggested by 11ant and have the architect do it. Now there are at least enough children's rooms available. Would leave the children's bathroom in the 1st floor plan, Wouldn't a closed kitchen be better for you?

It is important that the kitchen gets a lot of light.... cooking videos are supposed to be made there, maybe with the option of a sliding door?!
