It is/was just a *just-for-fun project*..... the response is simply so big that we’re thinking about something like that in a new build, to expand it.....
Regarding the video titles, it’s a tricky thing...... don’t let it distract you.

Thanks for your feedback!!

I must have overlooked it, but how do you get a residential building approved in a GE area? As a rule, it is already difficult nowadays to get manager apartments approved here.

The old property was used both commercially and privately.... the construction year of the property is 1892, it is an exception that we are allowed to build new there.

The old building is protected by grandfather rights. Both those rights and the building itself are void if you want to rebuild.

Do you already have a written permit or a decision? §8 of the land use ordinance explicitly does not allow purely residential use in the commercial area.

We had submitted a preliminary building application: it was positive....also available in writing.

Yes, but only as moving images. However, the genre is food, and it dislikes neither gray haze nor yellow tint, not even if caused by lighting. "Set lighting" has to some extent something to do with "shut-out incidental light."

That is exactly the question: do you want to share your hobby with just a few hundred followers, or do you want more, and then also convert them into newsletter subscribers who shop the exclusive spice mix of the week from home?

Accordingly, it may sometimes be just right to cook only with "standard household tools." But if otherwise it is appropriate to offer the appreciative audience a Binford 6100 turbo stove, then it will be fiscally advisable not to place it in the family kitchen.

For the building volume itself or explicitly for residential use?
