all clear, but it should definitely not be any smaller (and remember that the floor plan only shows raw construction measurements, plaster and possibly wallpaper still need to be added, so you can subtract about 1-2cm per wall)

thanks for the suggestion .... above the sofa I will plan a fixed floor-to-ceiling window element of 80cm, the 3 windows on the south side should be equipped with a sliding door, meanwhile I am also thinking of a fixed one in the living area.

Hello everyone,

the floor slab is now finished. I have planned an 80cm fixed floor-to-ceiling window in the living area. I am currently considering planning a skylight in the guest WC (interior wall to the wardrobe), where there will also be an 80cm wide window.

Is there any reason against a skylight, maintenance etc., or what do you think of the idea?

Regards

Show us.

In principle, I like skylights. But I fear most have already forgotten the current status and exactly where you want to plan the light now. With doors, it can look odd if only one door has a skylight and all the others in the same room do not. Otherwise, light is never wrong.

Still to come or rather a video vlog will follow. The employees of the shell builder are real machines; within a few hours the exterior walls for the ground floor were already standing, so far everyone is motivated, friendly, and understanding of questions from the builders.

On the ground floor, it would be the only door with a transom window .... for the living area a door with a fixed sidelight is planned.
