Update:
- Building permit is granted
- Agreed with the shell builder

The preparations for the foundation slab started yesterday.

I have another question about the bathrooms (I basically have 3, ground floor, upper floor, and attic)

- The ground floor layout could be improved? Would you place the door further up – that is, up to the wall?

- I like the architect’s upper floor layout, I find the alternative better, what do you think?

- How is the attic bathroom layout? I think the overall room arrangements are great, would you swap the bathroom (south-north) and storage room (northeast)? Thanks again here

For the shell builder, it is no problem to make a different positioning afterward.

Thank you all

Would not change anything on the ground floor.

On the upper floor, I find the new design interesting. Unfortunately, I can’t really imagine anything concrete about the mirrors. Where are they placed? How wobbly or firm do they look? You’re looking against the window light, right? Or is there a wall in between? You just forgot to draw a second window? Overall, it would be too cramped and annoying for me to constantly run around the center in circles. I would stick to the original design and also add a window there. Or someone might have a third idea.

On the attic floor, pay attention to the slopes. Swapping the bathroom with the storage won’t work, since the latter is almost entirely below 2m.

Ground floor bathroom:
ok, then ground floor is done

Upper floor bathroom: indeed, narrow standing mirrors are proposed there, but no prior thoughts were made about it. A second window to the north? That might slightly harm the north view? In the original design, the toilet bothers me; you come in and see it right away. A third idea here would be nice or helpful!!

Attic bathroom:
ok, done here as well

So only the upper floor bathroom remains, which could still be improved.

Thank you!!!

You also don't have a north-facing window in the living room. Why not? You can look outside. It's nicer - trust me.

Alright, I do believe you, what kind of window could one take, I mean in terms of size? I just thought from the arrangement of the view it might not fit.

The exterior view is also important, that's true. Have you already got all views all around completely?
