So now I'm really disappointed that he's offering the same nonsense again, just changing the names of the rooms. Laugh! I would ask if he has a completely new idea or if he can only do one draft. I don't like the living room. Strange shape. Nothing has changed at the top.

Look here, this is what architect designs with dream kitchens look like:

Honestly, I don’t quite understand it either, I told him that the upstairs doesn’t quite fit for me.

I will gather everything again and tell him once more, over and over until it fits. I had pointed out to him in the last conversation that this is to be expected, that he should keep making changes, he could understand that.

Hi Katja, thanks for your effort, from the feeling, I liked the other one better, which one is more reasonable, I can't say.

For the predecessor, I would leave out the dressing room on the upper floor and instead want to make a child's room bigger (should of course be within limits), it should at least be sufficient for 2 kids.
The door to the pantry could be from the hallway, so you have an L-shaped kitchen (my wife prefers that).

Maybe someone else has some ideas.....

Have a nice weekend!!

Regards

Ps: A new baking video will be online tomorrow or so

Just wanted to get back to you here ....

Update, approximately 190 sqm:

The ground floor and upper floor have been adjusted

more about the ground floor:
- the door from the utility room to the garage will be removed
- the garage door will face south
- the eastern window on the east side will also be removed

about the upper floor:
- the bedroom will be made a little smaller so that the entrance to children's room 1 does not feel so narrow.
- the southern windows in children's rooms 1 & 2 will be the same size as in children's room 3
- there will be no floor-to-ceiling windows, but normal ones with a windowsill

What do you think, are the side windows in children's rooms 1 & 2 then unnecessary? The architect recommended them to me (since the rooms are larger)

about the attic:
- a hipped roof was planned, I wanted to have it converted, at least preparations made for it. Now a flatter gable roof is planned with a knee wall height of 50 cm (should happen this week)

Possible uses for us:
- additional storage space
- a common retreat for the children
- guest room
- most likely another children's room in a few years

Does anything else come to mind?

Please only comments on the design, thanks!
