Brr. How creepy. Your children will definitely get nightmares from the long narrow entrance hallway.

There are no measurements except the 9.5x9.5 in the text.
I’ll still cheekily ask where all the jackets, winter coats, shoes, and bags of a family of four are supposed to be stacked when coming home? And please don’t say in the [HAR/Hauswirtschaftsraum], because it is bursting with piles of laundry and all the building services.

Apart from that, it is pretty pointless to even improve the missing wardrobe box if the problem is not solved with it, but in my opinion, the staircase on the ground floor belongs on the right side of the hallway. Whether to mirror upstairs or the dog howls, one would have to see. But the way it is now, it just gives me eye cancer.

I personally would prefer to orient my living spaces towards the sun. Northeast is rather unfavorable in this regard. Are there reasons why you did not do this, for example view or visibility?

Here is a small incentive showing how 9.5x9.5 with a 1/4 converted staircase can look.

Here is my parents' house. It has a full basement, which is why you won't find a storage room. Don’t hold me to the scale, it’s about the layout. If I’ve learned one thing by now: keep the floor plan as simple as possible at the beginning. Niches and the like can be planned later, once a solid framework is in place. In addition, with this small scale, you have to do without some comforts. For example, with 2 children's rooms, there will be no dressing room. The office is also a luxury that won’t work without sacrificing a lot of storage space.

I recently saw a floor plan with 950x950 that I quite liked. A little bit old-fashioned. It looked something like this (with artistic liberties on my part):

However, there is no office there either, and the dressing room was sacrificed for the children. In the end, it doesn't matter whether you call it an office or a wardrobe. The space for it must be there, and if you don't plan for it, your office will inevitably become that.

Nice layout . The wall from the kitchen to the living-dining area could be removed. I would rotate the roof by 90 degrees and extend the staircase up to the attic to set up a small office there. The attic could be developed as a DIY project to keep the budget lower. Additional storage space could be created under the staircase on the ground floor.
