Your lines in #1 really have to be learned to read. And now a picture of a large green area, a distant main road becomes a problem there? Which part of that is your property?

You are not directly on the main road anyway. That's why I wouldn't block the sun for myself. No sunbeam reaches the terrace. At least turn it 90 degrees so that you have a west orientation and move the garage as far as possible to the southeast.
