Cabinet depths:

And this is how it looks ... I can only strongly recommend always drawing the furnishings exactly as planned.

Then you can also see where a cabinet depth cannot fit, and L-shaped does not improve this. Think about the door positions.

In the bathroom there is again a window position where a cabinet depth protrudes into the window area:

Where exactly is the wardrobe for 4 people going? Also properly draw the dining table with chairs so that the paths from the kitchen to the terrace become clear.
No TV?
Storage room under the stairs ... the door is drawn incorrectly, it must open outward.
The front door is actually unfavorably positioned, at least from the inside. It opens into the middle of the room, so when you are getting ready there, an open door is always awkwardly in the way.
Why such a basement window in the kitchen?

The door to the garage takes away crucial space in the utility room, the sink in the garage obstructs the passage to the storage area.
Where are the bicycles going?

Why is there fall protection on the floor-to-ceiling windows in the airspace area?

[FROSTED] glass and breasts not see – that’s already a pun at tower-spire-weather-vane-high level (dry humor stirred, not shaken), Hans Rosenthal would have jumped for joy.

Dressing room:
I will never understand why people like to walk through the hallway naked from the bedroom to change in a small room. What I can understand is the desire for a walk-in closet. I have been dreaming of that for years. But I would never voluntarily leave my grumpy room for it. Why don’t you design the dressing room as a large niche without a door and have high-quality sliding doors installed in the bedroom?
Then definitely a window in the dressing room!!! We have a storage room in the middle of the house and therefore no window there. Phew, I wouldn’t want to change in there.
Just quickly grab your panties because people now change in the bathroom – light on! Oh no, forgot the socks – light on! Damn, the socks have a hole, get new ones – light on! Without a motion sensor it’s awful and even with a motion sensor it’s annoying.

Garage:
The sink in the garage is unusable. If you absolutely need one, put it in the rear storage room. You can put the bikes somewhere else too.

Bathroom:
The measurements of the tub and cabinets are not correct in your plans. If you draw them correctly, you will realize that the corner next to the sink is really hard to use, also because of the window. Plus, there may be a sink base cabinet taking up space. That’s why we tiled through ours and thus created additional shelf space behind the tub.
By the way, the way you drew the shower, the water will definitely splash nicely in front of the door. About open showers: we also have one with a depth of 1.20m. If you don’t scrub your armpits with too much enthusiasm, the water splashes in about a one-meter radius.

Hallway:
You won’t get a proper wardrobe there. You always have to maneuver around the stairs and wardrobe. Especially challenging in winter with thick coats. I don’t know, do you already have children? If not, count the parking space for a MaxiCosi for 2 years. You actually carry it inside, especially in winter, and it is always in the way. You can’t put it in the utility room either because it will be full. The same goes for the stroller. At least put yours somewhere warm.

Daylight causes air turbulence causes dust, with a window this also means closed cabinets for a dressing room. With artificial light, color fidelity would have to be considered if it is supposed to be a real dressing room (but in social villa construction it is usually more of a closet).

You tear it out of the wall at this point after less than three months with a liberating primal scream.

That was just not included in the architect's plan. But it is in mine.

That is not actually correct.
I also don’t see a dead corner there.

To the left of the door.
Shoes go into a compartment under the masonry stairs.

That is true but I don’t see any other possibility.

The window will be made as large as possible.

Of course, there won’t be any there.

You said it exactly right. Should I turn on the light in the bedroom every time when my girlfriend is still sleeping if I forgot something?
That is exactly the idea of having a separate room.

Where else would you wash your hands after gardening, working on the car, or whatever?

I will now continue with my own execution plans and no longer use those from the architect.

I have also meanwhile designed the ventilation system according to DIN 1946.
