Then please make it 2x3 cables and double sockets and also on each floor centrally one LAN cable each for an access point. That would be a contemporary minimal setup for me.

What is the current floor plan actually? I'm a bit confused here.

Basically the one from #90 With some small changes that the architect is just implementing.

What would I need it for? Phone, PC, and TV are connected to Wi-Fi.

My own bitter experiences: Junior is playing a nicely detailed first-person shooter on the PlayStation with his buddies. Daughter is watching makeup videos on YouTube on her phone. Woman of the house is watching her series in the kitchen on the tablet. Head of the household wants to book the vacation in the basement but is desperate because the pages hardly load anymore. Reason: everyone is connected to the Wi-Fi and the bandwidth is simply limited. Good for those who still know an alternative route.

Conclusion: Treat yourself to at least one LAN connection in every room. Everything that is not regularly dragged around the house should be connected to it. TV, gaming PC, consoles, etc. all belong on the cable. Then you will also have enough capacity when you want to enjoy your movie in the tub on your phone.

In the meantime, I have received the finished plan. Next, I will plan the controlled residential ventilation on the ground floor so that the structural engineer can start. However, the column in the gallery will be omitted. Either the structural engineer finds a clever solution or we use a truss roof.

Do you want to reconsider the windows? The rear view isn’t really great and the dressing room doesn’t have to be pitch dark, right? Next to the sink, a dead corner has appeared. Maybe you’d rather move the tub all the way to the right according to the plan?
