I know what you mean about the bathtub, but in the bathroom planning in it somehow looks better? What do you suggest for the back side? We wanted to use the room in the dressing area where the window is for closet space.

My few remarks (sorry if some things have already been discussed):

Garage:
- What is the sink for? I find it suboptimal at that spot with 590 cm internal width and 2 cars. If it is needed, I would move it towards the passage to the storage.
- What kind of cars do you drive? Currently, cars of 4.4 m length are drawn. An Astra ST is already 4.7 m and an Insignia ST 5 m. The shelf will get tighter in the end.
- Will the bicycles go into the storage? If yes, I would make the passage to the storage in the middle. Also with regard to longer cars.
- Garage windows: I would use the same parapet height as in the house. It looks odd on the exterior view.
Utility room:
- Without the door to the garage you would have really good space. If the cars are in the garage, you can hardly get past the car.
Living area:
- Where will the television go?
Bathroom:
- Access to the shower is very narrow. Why this corner to the dressing room at all?
Bedroom:
- The rear area will be very dark without switched-on lighting.
Dressing room:
- For me a window is missing there.

Also one more time windows:

South view: the window in children's room 1 has a different format than in children's room 2 and is also off-axis from the kitchen window, which again has a different format

Child 2 and the bedroom could also get a second window. Walk-in closet... well, it's already small anyway, but completely without natural light? Hmm...

Why do the gallery windows have ugly and unnecessary fall protection?

The front door could have a glass side panel to make the hallway nicely bright.

In the garage, I would omit the partition wall completely. Shelves are sufficient as room dividers and can also be repositioned later as needed to fit the length of the car.

You absolutely have to realistically mark the dimensions of the furniture and sanitary fixtures! Seriously, you'll be terribly annoyed if it doesn’t fit in the end. How deep are the wardrobes in the dressing room and the one in the bedroom? Do you really need the shower corner? Such nooks in the room aren’t always nice. Maybe you can do the walk-in without...? You mean you want to cobble together a corner solution there because of a 90cm wardrobe? Firstly, the corner wardrobe is really expensive compared to the benefit, and secondly, the light is worth much more than two more hangers for a dress that also has space next to it. Basically, I would tell your architect that you can also have a good view out of a window facing north. It’s not just about light (yes, that can sneak around the corner) but also about the feeling of freedom and spaciousness. Ask ! Today I don’t have time, but if you want, I’ll redraw the thing and see if anything can still be done with the windows—especially regarding the exterior appearance.

So, I did some drawing. Many of the architect’s window dimensions are quite unclear to me. Here is a suggestion:

Front almost okay – but why aren’t the distances perfectly symmetrical? Also, the entrance door will get glass side panels on the left and right, matching the upper floor.

The biggest chaos is the backside. I shortened the bedroom window to 120 and added the twin in the children’s room. A second window in the bedroom provides light and freedom. On the ground floor I can’t understand the asymmetrical offset. Attached are two views – with one or two terrace doors as an alternative. If the sofa is really supposed to stand as shown, two floor-to-ceiling double doors could also be planned, which of course looks best:

On the right side of the plan, I also reduced the kitchen window together with the one in the children’s room to 120 so they can align vertically. Right next to it is the mega double door – I don’t think there will be a lack of light on the side of the ground floor. I centered the window above the door. Whether the children’s room window should maybe be bigger could still be discussed. At the moment I’m too tired for a suggestion.

The garage side now has 3 windows. The dressing room window is not perfectly centered between the other two, but on the eaves side I find that unproblematic. If you wanted to change that, the bathroom would have to be about 20 cm smaller. That would be bad.
