That's pretty exaggerated, isn't it? Construction site setup + scaffolding work (12 weeks) cost us 3,000 euros. Screed for 140sqm was 2,000 euros. Interior and exterior plaster with exterior paint and insulation 16,5000 euros

Some estimates by the architect are more than optimistic... Be sure to keep enough money in reserve. We are currently building a very very similar house... Some costs are higher there...

Calvus 140: No dressing room and with the awkward floor plan and additional roofs it won’t get any easier either

The door still needs to be moved further to the left or the stairs need to be changed a bit. I made the 3D stuff myself and not the architect. That’s why the stairs are also not the same.

I already started entering it. I would like it to be smaller but with the number of rooms and conditions, it unfortunately doesn't make sense.

As and I already said: pay attention to the furniture: the dining table is quite small, the cupboards are not realistic. A bedroom under 3 meters is only possible if the bed is turned. The shower is missing in the bathroom. The freezer room is, as the only storage room, too small for doing laundry. The latter conflicts in its layout with the outside door. We have 8.5 freezer rooms without washing function but one outside door, which is now blocked – and this in a 2-person household. I don’t see the air space, rather a utility/storage room should be on the upper floor. Where should the wardrobe be? Under the stairs? Cozy corner? You will never see your Untitled11: the program distorts and gives you bird’s eye views and you look through the wall from outside.
