I do like the style of the house - however, I also believe that the entrance should be more central. You could try again to reduce some of the projections... not all of them are really necessary.

@ Yvonne: The alternative would have been to make a long driveway and move the garage all the way to the north. This is usually how it is done with houses having access from the south. However, then I would also be paving the property with a 13-meter-long driveway and people would all walk past my garden side and look into the living room... I haven't come up with anything better yet...

: Thanks first :-) The ledge in the living room is there to still get nice light in the evening. Furthermore, it is a quiet corner in front of the fireplace or a play corner for the child or the place for the Christmas tree... The ledge in the entrance area was necessary so that I get a sufficiently wide access to the wardrobe with passage to the garage and utility room.

I don't know if it's that important, many strive to orient the roof pitch to the south in case a photovoltaic system should be installed later. But otherwise, I find it very visually appealing. Protrusions have their visual charm, are there actually disadvantages associated with them?

Hmm... can the property simply be expanded to the right like that? There is a path and a public green space planned there. What will happen to the path? Will the additional approx. 220 sqm be that? Will property No. 4 then have to sacrifice parts for the public path?

Unfortunately, you haven't filled in where you want to build in your profile, so it's a bit difficult to estimate prices. Maybe you could say something about the amounts you had in mind.

But, already in the first expansion stage, it’s roughly 200 to 210 sqm of living space including utility room but without garage. If I counted correctly. That’s already quite generous.

I also find the entrance extremely impractical, bicycles, as planned, need their path to the left of the garage anyway. I think there should be more developed solutions overall.

It would be good if you could upload the entire plot with measurements, including a sketch showing where access from the street is possible.

All floor-to-ceiling windows on the west side on the first upper floor .. you should also think about the furniture arrangement. It won’t look so nice if desks etc. are standing in front of the windows.

... projections cost extra ;)

You can move the garage to the back, where it is also planned by the municipality. Then attach the garage to the house in a fan shape, i.e. swap the pantry and the wardrobe. Since you have to work with hedges anyway, the few meters through the garage don’t matter. Then you have an entrance that invites you in, a courtyard, and the whole building has something of a third of a circle.
