I find the design nice, but I can't imagine that it will be approved for the neighboring development. That's quite a heavy hitter.

The house for family 2 is already about 9m deep... I can't see the graphic right now, I'm on the go. There should also be space for 3-4m to the terrace towards the southwest and 3m boundary clearance.

Yes, it is a huge thing and doesn't even have the 2 x 200 sqm for families 1 and 2. And I just wanted to show how much floor space is used up there.

You showed what such a building volume could look like - so the discussants have something to "get a feel for". That's all that's needed so far - "paßt scho´"

That's not needed either: nothing is too small there, I wouldn't put too much value on nominal square meters. More isn't possible anyway, rather less: from my point of view, your design almost exhausts the possible building mass, i.e. in relation to the neighboring environment, that would already be quite a chunk.

Personally, I really like the floor plan of Family 1. This is more or less how I had imagined it in my mind. For Family 2, I also find the approaches really successful. The only thing I would point out here is the width of the house; in my opinion, there is more potential. I need to correct the statement I made earlier because I confused Family 1 and 2. Therefore, I still see possibilities for the depth (not the width) of the house for Family 1. Otherwise, the approaches are really excellent, and now one has a clear picture in mind. Of course, I will continue to contribute in detail on this topic and am already in contact with kbt09.

Just to be really nasty and a spoilsport: have you already checked whether the municipality might possibly have the following idea of a factual building envelope:
