Well, I’m already impressed from the outside. The floor plans would of course be even more interesting.

The architects really did an excellent job. I am very positively surprised by the view. I am sure that the floor plans will go just as well. Please definitely keep me updated.

I will gladly post updates and also show the floor plan sometimes.

One question for you experts. The balcony railings are currently planned with a lot of or almost exclusively glass. We can't quite get used to that (maintenance effort / visibility etc.). What are your opinions on this or what would be nice alternatives?
