Is this now the basement without the plot?!
Why is it offset? It would be cost-neutral if a rectangular block is formed?!
The underground parking would be independent of the residential building? Or is this not an underground parking?

I find the main path from car to elevator absolutely dreadful.
Would this corridor be accessible?

. Basically, I have posted a version that shows the underground garage including the basement areas. The access to the elevator would be barrier-free. Due to the conditions of the property, placing the underground garage at the end of the property is the most reasonable option. It is clear that the path to the elevator won't win any beauty contests, but basically it is the best solution. However, this path can certainly be spruced up! I will leave the question regarding the rectangular corpus to be answered.

Currently, we are already very satisfied with the complete floor plans and will only change details. At the same time, the architectural firm is working on the exterior view as well as the complete window planning. Everything will be presented to us in the last week of July. The excitement is already there, especially because the architects have been working to our complete satisfaction so far.

Best regards

In my assessment, the banal reason is twofold: this corner would not be needed, but the walls delimiting it make structural sense there. A storage room would not be desirable there for fire protection reasons; only the bicycle cellar could be moved there but would require more space for its access than is currently available there. So, as with these architects otherwise, a case of "they know what they are doing." Professionals – they are supposed to exist sometimes too.

The path to the elevator is certainly not the best solution. That the garage is set at the back is reasonable. However, the "corridor to the elevator or stairwell" is what separates you from the apartment. You will certainly also get a front door to the stairwell on the ground floor, but unfortunately, you will have to use this dry path to the car every time you want to go somewhere by car. Whether that is what you want when building a house is questionable. I would think about that if I were you, if you haven’t already.

So we have also made good progress today. We had a very exciting meeting with the architect team and were presented with the first exterior views. They basically hit the nail almost on the head again and we are very impressed with the current result!

It is really fun to see such a "project grow".

Best regards

Is there a specific reason why you don't upload floor plans? I think that's a shame
