Multi-generational house with underground garage for 3 families

So the week was good, a lot going on! A huge hole...;)

Unfortunately, as usual, just a very short post. The construction site is really going very well. I am actually on site every day and get a firsthand impression. As of now, the ground floor is virtually finished. Over the next two weeks, the ceiling will be installed. Various trades are currently being awarded, and we expect the shell construction to be completed by January. An aerial photo (2 weeks old) attached! :)

Progress is always nice to watch. :) How long did you take for the shell construction of the basement/garage?

Exciting project, just finished reading most of it here. Would you inform the architecture firm that you are obviously very satisfied with?

A quiet return to the forum. Short and sweet. We have been living in the house for a week now and it is almost accomplished. More on that in the coming weeks. A big thank you to many forum members, especially to one who will still be mentioned!
