As briefly mentioned, here are a few more details on how our project "should be". There will be 2 floors + an attic floor + an underground garage (and basement areas) with a flat roof. The construction type is solid, thermal bricks. Our gross floor area will be approximately 1,050 m². Including balconies, it will be a GFA of around 1,200 m². The GFA of the underground garage (we had to slightly shift a small part under the building) is about 230 m². The living area including the hobby rooms in the basement to half and the proportional terrace and balcony areas is about 620 m². Best regards

For how many vehicles is the TG intended? Some of the 230 m² will also be traffic area.
