since a small part of the underground garage is located under the house, approximately 70 sqm will be added. 5 parking spaces are planned. Each parking space has a width of 2.75m - 2.85m and a good turning or maneuvering area. There is also an "emergency parking space." We would have liked to plan the underground garage much more generously, but the Lower Nature Conservation Authority thwarted our plans because of the neighboring land :(

I have unfortunately neglected my topic here. Not much today either, except that a picture often says more than many words... Here we go!

Me too!

You lived in the house that is being demolished now, right? How does that feel now? A bit strange already?

Hey Climbee. I grew up in that house, yes... My father has lived there since he was born. I have to say it's strange for all of us, but we know that something very wonderful and new is being created. So, one eye is laughing and one eye is crying!

One more addition:

I was just back on site for almost two hours. Definitely better than TV or something similar. Impressive how delicately the excavator operator separates the materials and methodically dismantles the house. At the same time, the day before yesterday I also got a Brinno TLC200 Pro. Yesterday I did the first test with it from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Truly a great time-lapse camera and perfect for us for the documentation. I also want to run it continuously during the construction phase in coordination with the respective companies. For this, I have already arranged a good spot with a neighbor (another advantage when you have known the neighbors for a long time and get along extremely well --> there’s always fresh coffee on site)!

Otherwise, the tenders are going very well and quite a lot is happening...

I will try to write something more detailed soon! :)

I also found the demolition fascinating back then. Especially the barn. Like Mikado. Grasped beams, moved very delicately and then still a different one.

I had slightly teary eyes
