So things are also progressing continuously with us. The municipal utilities contacted us recently, and we now have an appointment for the shutdown necessary before demolition scheduled for mid-November. It actually is a somewhat strange feeling since our house has stood for over 90 years. But just think about what’s coming!
As in the past, there are many conversations/meetings with the architects. We have started with the kitchen planning. The drainage planning is largely complete. The structural engineer is also done for the most part, but due to the complexity, according to building regulations, we still need to involve an expert structural engineer. In the next two weeks, a company will carry out test drilling so that the final soil report can be created. Otherwise, we already have close contact with an electrical company that we consider very good (thanks to ) which is preparing an offer based on the current planning status (security technology / KNX / audio / lighting / photovoltaics and so on).
So it’s definitely not boring at the moment.
Best regards
P.S.: I think photos will follow soon!
