The mentioned nesting is indeed intended due to its use. It was also important that everyone can reach their cellar "from their own area." Hence the total of 3 staircases. Thank you for your interest!

It is of course true that little natural light can be used!

Why is the TG so far back?

I like the clear separation of living areas. Who knows if a unit isn’t avoided after all or if the parties will still get along so well in 15 years

How will the rest be

The TG is located at the rear area of the property, outside the building envelope, and the basement rooms are partially accessible via internal stairs from the ground floors of the apartments. In the preliminary draft, the light wells are still missing here (Katja sometimes does that too, sketches without windows at first). In posts 35 and 72 you can see more about the property situation.

From the underground parking garage into the house, a gas lock is always required.
