Multi-generational house with underground garage for 3 families

Tomorrow, the foundation slab will be poured for "Bauabschnitt 1," which includes the underground parking area, part of the driveway, and a bicycle cellar. We are currently very satisfied with the structural team. They are really doing a good job, working neatly and, in our opinion, quickly. Of course, the guys are also well pampered by us. I myself am actually on the construction site daily, even if only for a few minutes.

The electrical planning as well as HLS are running at full speed. There is almost daily coordination needed between the architects, the individual trades, and us. So far, it’s still fun!;)
