So, a quick update.

There have been various discussions with the architect, and a first floor plan for the penthouse has already been presented. So far, the work and communication are still very convincing.

Furthermore, for the next appointment at the beginning of July, floor plan variants for the entire building will be created. We will also discuss the possibility of a "mini granny flat" to be integrated into the first floor (to be used as a guest area and, if necessary, to serve as accommodation for care staff).

I am curious...

A mini update from me again.

The appointment with the architect and team is scheduled for the first week of July. We will meet at our place with a large group, and the architect will present floor plan variants based on our wishes and the established division of the units.

We have decided to plan the 2nd upper floor as a "penthouse" for the parents and the ground floor + 1st upper floor for families 1 and 2. As mentioned at the beginning, the basement and underground garage with 6 parking spaces are also planned.

Many greetings and have a nice Sunday

Looking forward to the floor plans. But with that architect, nothing should really go wrong.

I am especially curious about the design of the TG and how the setback areas etc. can be used for the garden etc.

As already mentioned - at least via private message - try to make eight or ten out of it if possible; you will surely rent out the surplus in that area (however, mind you, without me having checked a garage construction regulation beforehand to see where the threshold to the next class would be).

Another meeting with the architect team took place today. We were quite impressed with what has been developed so far based on our wishes. We also liked that there were various floor plan variants discussed again. Of course, there are points that we believe should be changed, which will happen in the next 2 weeks.

As a result, it is really enjoyable and I think something very beautiful can come out of it.

Best regards
