The price expectation from the beginning of the thread can hardly be maintained anymore. You probably have already buried and built in the first million below ground level...

The cost estimate amounts to over 4000 per sqm for the pure living area (architect / structural engineer / surveyor / etc. So actually everything included). Additionally, underground parking, outdoor facilities, and demolition of the old building are included.
