Well, it would be interesting to have a few floor plans first, before it is so final that you are no longer open to further suggestions.

Drawing the ground floor. It concerns family 2 for me! I am currently having the window situation in the living area revised. However, it is due to the neighboring buildings.

I'll give it a try: he (and surely many others here as well, me for example) wants to know what the whole thing will finally cost. The price expectation from the beginning of the thread can hardly be maintained anymore. You probably have already buried and built in the first million below ground level...

The cost estimate amounts to over 4000 per sqm for the pure living area (architect / structural engineer / surveyor / etc. So actually everything included). Additionally, underground parking, outdoor facilities, and demolition of the old building are included.
