Hello ypg.

I think the first draft, as far as we agree contractually (which I assume), will still take a little while. Hopefully not too long!

Best regards

Hello dear forum.

Today I can report that an architect contract has been signed for (in the first step) service phases 1 and 2. The architect convinced us with his manner and the projects presented. At the same time, there are corresponding experience values. Now various options for the pure division of the units in the building will be developed first.

Best regards

Last week, the surveyor recommended by the architect was commissioned. He then came just 2 days later and did a thorough job. He had his necessary plan ready after four days so that the architect had all important documents available.

Best regards

Currently, there is an appointment scheduled for next week with the commissioned architectural firm. We will discuss the decision-making basis for the division of the building.

I am curious.

So, a quick update again. The appointments and communication with the architect and his team are going very well. We have received a selection of four possible variants for the division of the units on our property.

As a result, we were convinced by the variant that creates a kind of penthouse apartment (approx. 95m²). For family 1 and 2, a section with the ground floor and first floor is planned accordingly (2 times approx. 180m²). Underground parking and basement are also taken into account accordingly.

The next very exciting step is that we will probably receive first proposals for the floor plan design still in June.

Best regards!
