I could have saved myself large parts of my rambling :-( I had previously assumed a 34 zone. But now there is a development plan. So there is nothing to speculate about, building outlines are clear, and there is also a usage template. It is likely to assume a maximum of three full floors. It’s best if you tell me the name of the plan (district and number). With a WR there is hopefully also an MI nearby – after all, you have to shop somewhere.

Hello ypg. Thank you very much for your explanations. I try to imagine it visually (which is always somewhat difficult for me)!
