Now it can get started.

There are a few small things again. We have now coordinated the schedule for the next few months with the architect team. In November, the shutdown of water, gas, and electricity will probably take place. In December or rather January, the demolition along with the excavation. Afterwards, the shoring for the underground garage and basement. Since we are going right up to the property boundary with the underground garage entrance, we will work here with the so-called Forster system shoring.

The window planning is almost complete. At the end of August, there will be a big appointment at the company Josko, which is likely to be chosen. Possibly, there will be an outlier with Skyframe for 2 very large full-glass corner elements on the ground floor!

Unfortunately, it is far too often not considered that there is a simple alternative to "everything in X because everything in Y would be too expensive for us," namely "only certain elements in aluminum (or otherwise from the 'more expensive' supplier) and 'just the remaining 95%' in the economy version."
