Can you explain what kind of dashed line that is? Is that the 2-meter line?
I played around a bit below, but now I am incorporating the walls from top to bottom... so it looks a bit different at the bottom, but I still don't want to withhold the idea from you.
Since the roof pitch and the resulting knee wall play a significant role, a smaller staircase would probably have to be installed so that space can be created upstairs. 3 children's rooms and an office/guest room plus bathroom take up space.
What roof pitch is it? 50 degrees is correct?
P.S.: Furniture is just a placeholder... so not the nicest. I also took a fairly large staircase so that it won't get more complicated later.
Phew, now I am really blown away – just by the fact that you have taken on this matter, dear ypg. Incredible, and of course I am going to look at it calmly. Amazing. And just the idea of placing the spiral staircase towards the center. A great approach.
Yes, the dashed line is the 2m line. Below that lies the knee wall with 80 cm. However, since the roof pitch turned out differently, it will be the case that both measurements are not exactly correct. Both should then, in my opinion, be lower, i.e. both lines should be placed further back. How much exactly, I can find out by tomorrow morning if urgently needed.
I am really amazed that someone is taking on my "problem" in this way. Many thanks.
