The 2m line is very important, without it, for example, the bathroom cannot be assessed at all.
Please provide the roof pitch and knee wall height in advance.

Be careful in the bedroom, if the knee wall is too low, the bed has to be moved forward, then no wardrobe with doors is possible, only with sliding doors.
For the pantry, make sure you still have storage options.

: ah *forehead strike* ok I understand. We need the stairs for the upper floor and basement - there is a problem either in one direction or the other. Is that correct? My problem was I wanted a door from the hallway to the study. The draftsman said "Well, then we'll have the stairs run the other way". That probably doesn’t work so easily... let's see how we can solve this better. Thanks to you!

Roof pitch: Gable roof between 25 and 33 degrees, over 30 degrees if gable roof with half-hip roof
Knee wall height: Permissible up to 0.50m measured from the top of the raw ceiling to the top of the purlin

I don’t know the 2m line now, I have to ask.

Well, with the knee wall and roof pitch values, the draftsman should quickly provide a section through the upper floor. I believe quite a few things won't fit.

Oh dear, he probably took a standard floor plan without a basement and didn't consider the knee wall/roof pitch. He should first "straighten" the stairs for you and, as says, provide you with a section. Pay attention to headroom in the bedrooms and bathroom! And, as was already written above: Set up the kitchen once. If there's still a south-facing window, it could get tight with tall cabinets. Where is the wardrobe planned? I assume where the entrance door should be better?! If you are planning with a basement, I would reconsider the pantry and at least plan it smaller in favor of a shower in the toilet.

uiuiui. Who planned this? There is really a lot wrong.

As already mentioned, the staircase does not work in either direction.
No storage options for coats and children's stuff in the hallway on the ground floor.
Think about how you get to the terrace. Squeeze past the table or move the couch?
A bedroom with a 50 cm knee wall won't work either, otherwise you'll get headaches when getting up. The toilet does not fit under the sloping roof either. I also find the recessed shower in the large bathroom unnecessary. It can be solved better in a different way.
