That's what I meant. Keep the existing window. I would approach the south side much more boldly. Because the large planned windows do not harmonize with the low eaves. But I am not an architect. I imagine a fictional two-story flat-roofed extension that represents a kind of bay window. I don't know what it should be called.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience & positive vibes. I take it all with me & it will be similar for us regarding the height of the south side. The rooms without windows are primarily intended for storage and as a lobby to the stable. Washing etc. is done in the main house. There will be a children’s bathroom on the upper floor & unfortunately, we can only use the south side. The gable side to the west is occupied by the main house and the one to the east is too far away.

A bay window would probably be called bay window, but I can't quite follow you?

For example: 10 m wide 1-2 m deep 6 m high. On the west side leave 3 m and on the east side leave the rest of the brick wall.

Or start the extension at the 1st small window in the west and end at the 3rd window.
