:)

It’s just one of those things when something develops further like this. We went through so many variations, but the chill area at the very back (airline 10m) was simply too far.

Thanks for your clear input and I’ll take that with me, because spontaneous remarks are always important:

- Forecourt very debatable, could also be shifted. However, the further right I go, I don’t necessarily gain space in the living area. Somehow it becomes a dead anteroom, which I would rather use as a hallway. But I will think about it. Thanks
- The doors to the toilet and utility room, for example, are still variable – the toilet’s door can also be at the bottom of the room and the utility room’s door can be moved to the front. That has to be tried.

How will the expansion be carried out? I would appreciate pictures of the construction.

In April it starts, only a few days left. But first the roof will be done...

I will do my best... :)

Roof with double-wing window? Above the air space (stairwell) of the 3 floors there will surely also be a large double-wing window (fixed glazing).

Exactly, that is the plan. I hadn't thought about a fixed glazing in the attic ([DG]) yet. I always assumed - without thinking - that there would be windows that can be opened. Also with the idea in mind of opening the window above this open space in the attic ([DG]) to allow some draft between the floors. Since we basically cannot ventilate crosswise in this building, that was a half-baked idea on my part...

DFKs are planned everywhere as follows:

- in the OG in the children's rooms, in the bathroom, and also in the unfinished part upstairs: two double casement windows each - always openable. I was thinking of two 80cm wide double casement windows each - but it could also be one wide double casement window in each room. It doesn't have to be 2x80=169cm wide, right? That would be too big, I think.

- in the DG I don't know yet. Rather just three large double casement windows: one in the possible children's room on the left side of the plan, one in the middle above the open space, and one on the right side of the plan in the free space (we'll probably leave that open)

Or would you like to tell me your view on it, what your gut feeling says? :)

Now the stones are gone. However, we were able to keep a few. Let's see what happens with them over the next few months...
