Floor plan multigenerational house conversion old barn

I thought until #19 that I would receive the floor plans along with the photos. The interior photo does show the ground floor together with the upper floor after all... that was somehow phrased incorrectly. However, the section is confusing to me when I see the staircase. Question: does the ridge of your future house run parallel to the south side? The gable is on the east and west, while on the west the further extension of the building is attached?

Thank you for your entertaining post. Can you dimension the 21B draft? And does the roof have a 50 degree angle? The photo from the inside: what does it show? and: do you have enough money, e.g. for dormers? Are they allowed?

Today we found out that the roof has an angle of 45 degrees. Due to the discussion about the height of the south side, we had it checked. This now results in a height of the south side of just under 280 cm. Thanks for the follow-up here, that so to speak brought "light into the darkness". :)

Ergo eaves trough lower edge. This is probably less than 2 m from the planned finished floor level (top). Remove old floor and then immediately gain 20 cm.

Floor can be lowered by max 10 cm, which, in our opinion, no longer seems necessary due to the now higher south-side wall.
