ypg, that's unbelievable - you are unbelievable! :D:D:D
Apart from the fact that it's far more than I ever expected when I contacted here a week ago... everything works in its current layout and design. I still can't believe how the interior of the barn has developed. It was just not "rounded" in the months before and in countless previous drafts! Still too open in the loft area, the hallway too deep, the utility room a bit too small, the parents' wing not so easily accessible, etc. etc... - simply not rounded!
One thing right away as feedback, my first thought:
The new staircase and the pantry. Fantastic, to take a quarter-turn staircase and expand the pantry area under the stairs - very smartly done! The half-turn staircase wouldn’t have worked with the rooms upstairs in this form. That you could somehow work with a staircase going north on the upper floor (a children's room would then just have to be moved over), I thought.. but then taking a quarter-turn staircase is for me a creative step that in hindsight is totally logical, but I just don’t see it. Just a layman!
I now want to look at everything quietly and think it over. Perhaps you might answer one or two questions about the fireplace or similar at a later point. I would of course be pleased...
