These are not protected data, but merely comparison values. I'm sorry, but you can't just claim anything like that in general. You yourself asked for sources, but you fail to provide them here.

The 60 years I mentioned are not arbitrary, but calculated with assumed, realistic figures.

Likewise, you cannot definitively prove your 25 years. You do not have a second completely identical object next door.

Furthermore, the discussion was recently about the high offered costs for the drilling. Anyone can calculate this themselves using the data and assumed figures. I have done this using two examples.

Your numbers are even more generalized than mine, because I have my own data and know how the air-water heat pump operates in the immediate vicinity. You simply took some random numbers, which therefore are not more realistic, but more unrealistic. That’s why your 60 years are simply even more uncertain than my 25, which of course apply only to me but are absolutely not as fanciful as your numbers. Otherwise, this back and forth now brings no added value to the question. In detail, the worthiness of the drilling cannot be answered as generally as you are trying here. You would need information about the heat demand, the region/temperatures, etc., etc.

Less imagination than you think. There is a valid energy saving regulation that specifies certain parameters. For example, you can realistically estimate the heating energy demand. It has nothing to do with made-up or imaginary concepts. At your 25 years, you probably tapped your source very cheaply. In any case, provided you use realistic numbers even for an assumed air-water heat pump.

And you say it yourself: you have YOUR numbers. With the example calculations I provided, ANYONE can at least roughly estimate what is worthwhile and what is not.

Nonsense. You assume a flat 60 years, regardless of the countless parameters that vary from construction project to construction project. And they cannot generally be correct, as they do not apply to me at all, for example. Otherwise, there are other reasons for a ground-source heat pump, e.g. the elimination of a potentially disturbing outdoor unit. You often read that there are problems with it or that it can be disturbing. That can also be taken into account. (For example, the low-frequency sounds of the air-water heat pump outdoor unit of my neighbor next door are disturbing for the person opposite because the air is blown directly in his direction; luckily, I myself don’t notice anything of it).

What calculated annual performance factor do you have by now? How much did the development of your source cost? Was there any personal contribution? For you, it is simply a matter of stating your specific numbers here to make it understandable for everyone.

You ask for sources. I provide them, including the lower efficiency of about 20%. Make verifiable calculations. Ask for your sources, which either fall under data protection or you should find them yourself. That is a different level of objectivity.
